At Sacred Soul Works, our mission is to support our community— and the collective as a whole. This is executed by serving as a guide back to the self. The answers we seek are not found outside of us, but within. When we are empowered with an understanding of our inner knowing, we can navigate life with greater vigilance, compassion, and discernment. This awareness fosters conscious, forward-thinking choices in how we navigate every aspect of our lives.

My service menu includes Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®), a regression technique that accesses the depths of the subconscious through hypnosis. 

Did you know that we enter and exit through several cycles of a hypnotic brain states several times a day? Hypnosis is so simple for all of us, as all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. And it is my commitment to provide a safe environment that allows for this to be a successful endeavor.

QHHT® is a potent tool because it utilizes a natural brain state that we all experience, allowing the progression and expansion of consciousness to flow uninterrupted by the conscious mind (or, as Dolores Cannon refers to it, "Mr. Stupid").

Clients come into a QHHT® session with many different intentions. Most questions usually fall into one or more of the following areas: physical health and healing, emotional and mental well-being, relationships and soul connections, life purpose and direction, spiritual growth and awakening, personal blocks and repeating patterns, guidance for the future, and larger existential or big-picture questions.
