1. Governing Law

All claims or disputes arising in connection with services provided by Ethan Rymiszewski, B.Msc., and/or Sacred Soul Works, Inc., shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

2. Privacy Policy

Ethan Rymiszewski, B.Msc., and/or Sacred Soul Works, Inc. are committed to protecting client privacy. Personal information collected from clients, such as full name, home address, contact details, and any sensitive information pertinent to client care, is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for purposes directly related to services rendered. This information may be collected when clients submit inquiries via the contact form, participate in events, purchase services, purchase products, subscribe to the blog, or provide feedback.

Under no circumstances does Ethan Rymiszewski, B.Msc and/or Sacred Soul Works, Inc., sell or rent client information to third parties. Any information shared is stored securely and will only be disclosed if legally required or with the explicit consent of the client.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A.) No Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product with Ethan Rymiszewski, and/or Sacred Soul Works, Inc., clients acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

B.) Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled in cases of client scheduling conflicts; however, a minimum of 48-hour advance notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments without 48-hour notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

C.) Service Cancellations by Ethan Rymiszewski, B.Msc., and/or Sacred Soul Works, Inc.: In the unlikely event that Ethan Rymiszewski, B.Msc. and/or Sacred Soul Works, Inc., must cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund promptly and courteously.
